Gift…Ed

Greetings in Grace Beloved,

I hope this post finds you well spirit, soul, and body. One of my favorite scriptures to pray when I intercede for God’s people(including myself) is 3 John 1:2. It reads, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospers.” This reminds that His plans for us are complete good, and no matter what we face it’s all working together for good, for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. That’s one of the many benefits of being a Kings kids πŸ‘‘ .

So this past month i’ve been meditating on the gifts of God and studying the fruit of the spirit Love. The bible says we are to pursue love ❀️ and desire gifts. Since everything we have received is from love(God) then everything we give/do ought to be motivated by the same. Including the sharing of our gifts. My friend i’m learning this isn’t something we can do in our strength it takes His heart & spirit to love like God. It’s a lot easier said than done, especially when it’s not returned or isn’t received. However, God’s love isn’t conditional.

Fruit check βœ”οΈcheck the ones you could improve on & ask God for grace to): Love is patient ⭕️, kind ⭕️, doesn’t envy ⭕️, boast ⭕️, dishonor ⭕️, keep record of wrongs ⭕️ , isn’t proud ⭕️, self seeking ⭕️, or easily angered ⭕️…How did you do? Not so great? It’s ok let’s just take some time to SELAH(pause) πŸ›‘and ask πŸ™πŸ½ God for more grace.

So I was looking at the scripture that said He led captivity captive and gave gifts unto men (psalm 68:18 & Ephesians 4:8). I am so grateful that God didn’t leave us in our own hands, mans hands, or the hand of the enemy. Instead he defeated everything that came to hold us captive and gave us gifts to fight the good fight. For God is not a man/human, he is faithful in ALL HIS WAYS and WORDS! This is why i’m learning how to put my trust in HIM TOTALLY. Because when we trust Him it causes our hearts/minds to receive everything He has for us and our actions/life to align with it.

See the gifts of God are without repentance, meaning He doesn’t take away His love, kindness, or any other gift He gave us. And because we have free will we can use or misuse the gifts according to our desires. Yet, we have to remember whatever we sow/give into we will receive it back. This works good or bad. The word says if we sow into the flesh(our thoughts/ways) we get corruption but if we sow into the spirit we get life. There is a God purpose/plan/ will/way for our life that we can ONLY get access to through giving God our hearts.

Yes it is going to require us to give up some of our human ways to follow Him, BUT IT’S SO WORTH IT!!! There is nothing we will ever give to God that He doesn’t give us better!! One of my constant prayers is God give me eyes that see, and ears that hear what the spirit of the Lord is saying to His church(us), and a heart that receives/trusts & obeys. The more we seek God through building a relationship with Him, the more we are changed into the image of Himself that He shows us in those moments. Now that my friend is #Goals (Think/Sound/Look like… Jesus)!

XOXO, GRACE LOVE ABOUNDING MERCY

Present in His Presence

Psalm 16:11 You will make known to me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.

Greetings Kings Kids,

Happy New Year To You & Your ❀️ Ones. Hope that the season has been filled with much peace, love, and joy. As always may the Lord continuously keep, bless, and cause His face to shine ✨ upon you. A few highlights for me were cooking for my family, a movie night with my husband, vision boarding with some sisters in Christ, and beginning the first day of the year in service praising & worshiping God! I’m definitely going to start developing/sharing more content connected to those type of things in this new year.

I’m super ecstatic because God has been really stretching me to launch out into the deep. By that I mean just taking everything to another level. From my personal time with Him, to the ministry endeavors He’s impressed upon my ❀️, to my relationships…just everything that pertains to life and godliness. It’s so amazing to me that regardless of what’s going on in the world, God has provided a place of refuge in Him to all those who will receive it. In times of uncertainty we can find surety, stability, and rest in Him/His word. His peace truly surpasses all understanding (bible, Philippians 4:6-7).

I always pray and ask God before I post what does He want me to write about, and a few weeks ago I heard the title for today’s post. He was showing me how vital it is for us to spend time with Him DAILY. God so desires an intimate individual relationship with us all that He sent Jesus to die so that we could have it. On the contrary the world tries to convince us life is about tangible things (what we’ll eat, drink, wear, etc.). Nevertheless, the bible tells us to not set our minds 🧠 β™₯️ on these things but on God, and He will take care of our needs. I don’t know about you but personally i’d rather let God take care of me, He’s the ultimate caretaker (bible, Matthew 6:25-30).

In fact the bible says take NO thought about these things. One might say that’s a bit extreme, of course we have thing about these things sometimes. Yet, i’m realizing that many times these things usually/easily become distractions. There are times when ill find my mind wandering to my to do list in the midst of my morning prayer time and I have to cast down those thoughts and refocus my mind. As I continue to saturate my mind with God’s word it becomes easier for me to discipline my thoughts and let Holy Spirit lead/direct my day. Of course we still have to 🫧wash the dishes, πŸ› clean the bathroom, and do or help with πŸ“ homework, but with less stress. Sometimes welcoming God into the seemingly menial tasks can turn work time into worship time, perspective is everything (bible colossians 3:23).

The word fullness in psalm 16:11 (posted above) is defined as satisfaction, filled, full, to be satisfied, content, to be enough. This tells me that God wants us in a place where His presence becomes ENOUGH. He wants to be the answer to every situation in our life. Because after all is said and done that’s all that will remain once everything else passes away. The bible says it’s with our mind that we serve Him, and that where our treasure πŸ†πŸ₯‡is our heart will be also. Sometimes we have to take a look at what consumes our thoughts to give a clear picture of what we value most. Maybe it’s a relationship, a job/business, a title/position, our life, etc., nevertheless God says he wants it to be Him.

It’s from this place (engulfed in His presence) that we can give the proper value/energy to everything else in our lives. The most valuable resource on 🌍 earth is πŸ’§ water. It’s no wonder Jesus said He would give us living water that we would never thirst again. Just like man can’t live without natural water surely we can’t live without the water of his Spirit that we receive in His presence. My friend let us eat, drink and be merry from the wellspring that never runs dry AND experience the Overflow.

Grace Love And Mercy Completely Hidden In Christ,

XOXOXO K❀️

Hiii Kings Kids πŸ‘Έ πŸ‘ΈπŸ½πŸ€΄πŸ»πŸ€΄πŸΎ Blessings Multiplied To You

NOW God has offered to us the same promise of entering into his realm of resting in confident faith.✞✞ So we must be extremely careful to ensure that we embrace the fullness of that promise and not fail to experience it. Hebrews 4:1 TPT

So we have a little over 3 months left of 2020 and what a year it’s been.!? Praying God’s peace and prosperity to you in a time where fear and famine has been sweeping the land. One day in my quiet time I heard the word PANDEMONIUM, meaning wild and noisy disorder or confusion; uproar. The definition so perfectly described our current world situation. Nevertheless BE encouraged GOD IS faithful and ALL His promises are yes and amen (it is done)!

Have you ever experienced a moment or moments in your life where things where so crazy that it felt like you were in a movie? If you have you know exactly what I mean and if you haven’t… that day is coming. The Bible tells us we will have troubles on earth 🌏 but it also says that it will get better. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸ½ Even when better days doesn’t seem true, IT IS! And when it seems that way we have to seek comfort in our Father, His Son, and Spirit.

Remember suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope (Romans 5:3-4). After we suffer a while God establishes, strengthens, and settles us (1 Peter 5:10). IDK about you but the a while part, at times can be wearisome! During those times I search out and remind myself of God’s promises for my life. God already has ALL the answers, we just have to seek them.

It is truly a day to day (moment to moment) process, and the more time we spend with God, meditating on His word, the less complicated it becomes. That place of TRUST and OBEDIENCE is what the scripture above in Hebrews calls the realm of rest. And oh my friend what a beautiful place it is when we take our eyes πŸ‘€ off us and put them on God! It’s not always easy but by Gods grace it’s reachable. This is why the word calls it the good fight of faith.

Unfortunately many times we fail to enter into rest because of fear/doubt, unbelief, and the cares of this life. However, this doesn’t have to be our reality TODAY friend. Jesus died so that we could live a faith-rest life. When we lose our life (aka trust and obey Yahweh) we gain new life but when we hold on to our life we Lose. Whatever we face He ALWAYS is The (ONLY) WAY, LIFE, and TRUTH.
